Shipping and Returns Policy
We offer a selection of couriers for your online order based upon your order value, weight and dimensions.
All in-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for the UK is DHL.
- Standard delivery times are as follows: 1-3 working days from date of shipment
- International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 4-5 days, but can take up to 7-10 days depending upon location.
Large or heavy volumes may require shipping on a pallet. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm any pallet charges prior to shipping your order. Please note that some of our products are classified as hazardous for road transport in the UK and may have special delivery requirements that we will advise you of before shipment

- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from
delivery date you must contact Fuelcare to determine the best course
of action. If the product was purchased directly from a Fuelcare Distributor, the refund must be processed by that Distributor.
- Goods must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Fuelcare reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call +44 (0)1743 360784, and provide the following information:

- Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Fuelcare’s warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Fuelcare is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
- Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
